    21 cans at 5% is over twice the recommended weekly intake of alcohol, and you drank it on your own, in 12 hours.

    I will hold my hands up here, I won't claim innocence, I've done my fair share of liver destruction, but I don't think I've ever drunk over 40 units of alcohol in a night (that's the same as a litre bottle of vodka, ffs) - I'd fall over first. Drinking 21 cans in a day is not healthy, doing it repeatedly is going to do you serious damage.

    And for the record, I'm a 12 stone, 21 year old male.

    I think as a one off drinking 21 in a day is ok but if you found yourself doing it on a regular basis you're really gonna **** yourself up. After all can't the liver only process something like 1 pint per hour as it is so that quantity and rate seems dangerous.

    I don't always do it in that period of time and if a litre of vodka is 40 units im sure many of us done that more than once. We all know the damages of drinking so let's get back on topic.
