    Hello all,

Havent posted on this for a while and glad to say still working hard on the weight lifting and have made good gains. However im thinking about doing intense cardio work along with High Intensity Training with weights, mainly because the particular job im interested in would require alot of cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Would any particular training style be good at doing this? To put it simply i would like to put on more muscle mass, increase my strenght and get my fitness levels quite high.

Diet tips would be welcome also, iv been reading about different diets to put on mass and recover strenght etc but all contradict each other but for what im thinking about doing what would any of you recommend i should eat? Pro carbs on cardio days and pro fat on weight lifting days for example? Any advice welcome :)

    Kind Regards

What i had in mind for training would be:
    Monday - HIT Weights training
Tuesday - Cardio (Kickboxing and/or swimming and/or running)
    Wednsday - HIT Weights
    Thursday - (Kickboxing and/or swimming and/or running)
    Friday - HIT Weights
    Saturday - (Kickboxing and/or swimming and/or running)
    Sunday - Rest

This is just a simplified plan of what i would like to do, i want to do all of them but would anyone consider this overtraining? or would it be ideal for building muscular and cardiovascular endurance? Or if anyone has advice on if i could change some things around or get rid of something will be most appreciated. I would understand that doing HIT weights before a cardio day doesnt sound like the right way to do but this plan is only a simple idea of what i would like to do. So please any advice will be greatly appreciated

    Kind Regards
