Newbie: Repointing dish from hotbird to astra

How easy is it to change a dish from hotbird to astra ? I'm looking to attach a fta box or a sky box ? Am I right in thinking that fta and sky are on the same satellites Astra 19.2e ? Can it be done by hand or does a cheap sat finder make it much easier ? I had a look at http://monsterfm.com/engineering/pointdish.htm sounds complicated
