hi guys, i have a few queries nutrition/fitness wise i was hoping you could help me with. This is my background info:

    I am 19/Female/5ft 4'/10 Stone

    Fitness wise:
I work in an office so work related activity is pretty minimal but i do play squash twice a week (1 hour of coaching & 1 hour of solo practice) both of which provide a very good workout. I also try to make the gym 3 times a week to be honest this usually ends up as 2 times a week due to other commitments. My workout follows pretty much the same pattern each time

    - 10 mins recumbent bike (medium resistance/high RPM 80+)
    - 1500m rowing
    - 5 min cross trainer
    - 10 min stair climber
    - 200 sit ups (50 x 4 varities)
    - 10 x 3 Lat Pull Downs (15 kg)
    - 10 x 3 Dumbbell press (6kg)
    - 10 x 3 Leg Press (35 kg)
    - 10 reps on Captains Chair
    - Occasionally i will do 10 mins on treadmill as a cool down

    Nutrition Wise:
Im a bit of a poor eater i dont like much in the way of vegetables but as a plus i dont have too many vices in terms of bad foods either. A typical day would be as follows:

Breakfast: Bowl of Rice Krispies/Crunchy Nut with low fat milk
Sometimes with 2 slices of white toast

Lunch: Sliced ham and cheese sandwich on whole meal

Dinner: Stir-fried breast of chicken with pilau rice

Other than that, my calorie consumption is pretty minimal. I mainly drink still water or if its a mineral Diet 7-Up. I try to limit eating between meals, in work i may have a apple if hungry or a kinder bueno on the way home from work (although this wouldn't be an everyday occurance). I dont smoke and very rarely drink (i could count on one hand the number of alcoholic drinks ive had in the last 6 months)

Ok so with all that info in place i may as well lay out my problems. In the past couple of months i have noticed that anytime i miss a meal (mainly dinner) i feel really ill and weak and will usually end up going to bed early in order to shift the symptoms. Its not that i miss meals too often but it worrys me that when i do the effects are so noticeable. I thought perhaps i wasnt consuming enough calories but that leads me on to my second query, at 10 stone i feel i am above my optimum weight. I tend to carry the weight around my hips/thighs/buttocks, now obviously the fat distribution is genetic but i feel given my level of activity and diet i should be closer to maybe 9 stone. Is there anything i could add/subtract from my diet or workout to achieve this.

    Thanks for all your help.

    Jules
