Hi Rach...Welcome It is a pretty big site alright...but you get used to it after a while, and can narrow it down to your favourites by "subscribing" to forums (in the forum tools when your browsing the thread titles).

I met a few aussie lads that wew big into him about 3 years ago and apperantly no one had heard of him at that stage. I heard he was getting more popular. Im heading over to London to see him in a few weeks, cant wait. Those crazy aussies...... Actually they were all from your town, or "Cranny" was what they called it.

Pighead, yes Aust is a fascinating country...our history is young, but we are a wonderfully diverse population.

My best mate is from Oz and he too is from Canberra (although for years he told everyone he was from sydney as he got sick of explaining to europeans where canberra was!).
I've been there myself a few times. Is the Aborigine embassy (that tented village) still outide the parliment ?

Hi Santa!!! Why didn't you visit me on 25/12 last year? You surely left stuff for my kidlets, but poor old Rach missed out! lol

So is your best mate still in Canberra or elsewhere? I certainly know what it feels like to have to explain where it is! Yeh the Aboriginal tent embassy is still there to my knowledge, I tend not to hang around Old Parliament House myself!

My mate is indeed still living in Ireland and he's now married and living in the exotic climes of Ashbourne (near enough to Navan).
Anyway the Irish goverment tend to look favourably on refugee applications from natives of canberra (after all it'd be cruel to send them back!).
