Pity man, serious car. They went in my mates B4 too. The mechanic said the previous owner had it running far to much boost.

Yea I was heartbroken at the time. Sometimes I wish I got it fixed but, I would have had it tuned down for 95oct and would have been losing power. I will have one again, just waitin till I don't have to pay 1500sterling for insurance. Next time I will get an Sti tho. Lot easier to tune and stronger internals!

It's got 140k on it. It's a 180. I picked it up in England a few years back.

Is there a difference between the 1.8T and then the 1.8T which is a red T? The one on yours looks red on the pic
Lovely clean example, loving the alloys

Red T would denote 180 BHP but like all Audi/VW's you can't always trust what the badge says, not saying that's the case here of course.

It's a great car that, 180 BHP and 4wd 13 years ago, there are manufacturers who wet themselves talking about figures like that on their cars of today.

Yeah the red T is original. It even came with a red line under the A4 on that particular model.

To the best of my knowledge on that model the fwd were 150bhp. The 4wd were 180 and had the red bit on the T. The wheels are Ronal Bolero's and came as standard on it too.

Had that exact model when I was living in NZ, they're a fantastic car, super comfortable and surprisingly quick considering no turbos and I loved the gearbox!

So I moved to Canada and it's a big departure from my 00 1.4 vvti Corolla that I posted here months ago in Ireland.

I bought a 2004 Subaru Impreza 2.5 (Flat 4, manual) TS Sport Wagon.
