I'll jump on the old car bandwagon.

Likewise, here's a few of my E30 a couple of years ago:

And the last time I drove her, notice the puddle under her

She's on axle stands the last 2.5yrs and doing a good job of saving another E30 touring.

The stuff I've had while living in Ireland

It didn't leave voluntarily, I'm afraid. Started life as a normal Caravelle TDI, ended life as a Syncro Multivan.

Still see this once in a while.

My old tds before I paid the VRT.

A couple ESB T4's, Escort vans, a mk3 VW Golf, a Transit van, an Iveco TurboDaily inbetween

    Before that then:

This I brought from Denmark to Sweden and then over here. I think it's the car I've had the longest ever. Followed me around the place for 7 years until the engine and gearbox gave up.

Loving the red 5'er wagon. Looks gorgeous.

Lot of work went into that. It was a heap, when I got it.

This is how it looked, when I got it.

Seeing as everyone else is at it, this was the my 320i, proper old-school BMW engine, kept a smile on my face as long as I had it (apart from when it came to putting tyres on). This pictures not great, I'll dig out proper ones later.

What happened with the white Caravelle Marlow? I remember you posting pics of it waaaaaay back, but can't remember ever seeing what had happened?

South Tipp secondary road, loads of 90 degree turns and humpback bridges, greasy and rainy conditions and grit on the road.

Basically, I misjudged a 90 degree turn, that let directly into me smashing it into a concrete wall on a humpback bridge. I still have it sitting here, but the chassis is twisted, both airbags deployed and I'm stripping it for a new project.

I don't usually like em but they suit it there for some reason IMO.
There's a very nice 04 facelift black 325ci that's down to 5250 I've my eye on it a while. If only it was red.

I've seen that one up for sale, it looks like a nice car.

Nope. I had that black one which I bought of John just as I left Cherrywood. I used to drive the XJ600 or my danish registered T4 van.

Aye. Had to crawl out the sliding door, but otherwise walked away unharmed. They're good sturdy van. It got some serious smack.

The bashpan, lifted suspension and my E34 M5 leather recaros + some of the extras like cruise control etc. I've transferred to my current one, which I bought the day after the accident.

Yup, I've seen that one on DD too, still mad money for it I reckon. The market for these cars is practically zero, there's a good bit of haggling to be done there I reckon.

This has to be one of the saddest waste of a car I ever have seen. Picked up in 07 for €100, lots of useful bits on it went into my black E34

    Manual. It was fun! :D

A bit tatty though, they locked the car with the key inside and smashed the roof and rear quarter light to get in.

In that very car I found cola expired in 2004 along with soiled cacks and half a bra in the boot!!!:eek::eek:

Ah yeah, I remember you mentioning about those finds :D

If there was no serious rust, it'd be a perfect shell for a missile...

It was starting to rot above the rear subframe :(

The green one had been crash repaired... The rear left hinge door was welded on!!! But not a mark on it otherwise :)

Sure stick you at it with a welder for an hour and it'd be grand :pac:
