    hi all,

I have a bit of a serious knee injury. Now, I have to go for an mri next year(great health service... :) ) but have been told by my unofficial physio that I need to work the knee properly so that it builds up some good proper muscle and strengthen the joint so that it stops disclocating.

Now, I work near westwood so that would be handy but can really go to any gym in the city(dublin within reason...). So am looking for advice on what gym would suit me and whether they have the type of facilities, good staff, etc??

Any help would be much appreciated!
