feeling tender by the shoulder

    i didnt know where to place this thread but i thiink that is best suited here given the options
    anyway i have been going to the gym of alte, yesterday was only me second visit, but after these two visits I feel wuite tender in the shoulder area
    the machines I was using were coonfigured for me and i didnt feeled strained tat much when using them
    do you think i should keep going back
    or maybe reduce the weights or wat
    any advice would be greatly appreciatedd

    tender? as in from injury? or overworking? remember its normal when you start weights for your muscles to hurt for a few days after!
