I work out 4/5 times a week. Started a month ago. Already making great progress in my biceps, triceps and back.

Ok I take three protein shakes daily of that Optimum Nutrition stuff.

Breakfast - Protein Shake and Porridge with skimmed milk

    Mid Morning snack - Banana

Lunch - Baguette with chicken, swiss cheese, onion and sweetcorn and stuffing.

Mid afternoon snack - Nothing really

Gym - 3 hours or so - protein shake after that.

Dinner - Chicken korma and basmati rice(well that is what i had tonight).

Snack at night - two slices of batch toast with cheese and organic tea then a protein shake before bed

That is basically my meals in a day. Is it any good?

I really do not eat lots of fruit or vegetables.

Whats your goal? Loose weight/gain weight/get stronger?

My goal when I started a month ago was to lose about 5lbs and then gain muscle(not lots) but enough. I am 6'1 or 6'2 at this stage and I weigh in at 12 and a half stone. I seemed to have put on half a stone since i first started but have been told this is just muscle mass and water. So I am unsure if my goal is to lose weight still??? or to just go with the flow of what my program is doing to me.

Breakfast - Protein Shake and Porridge with skimmed milk

    Grand

    Mid Morning snack - Banana
Id have half a sambo with it, wholegrain bread and something like chicken or tuna or turkey and tomato or something

Lunch - Baguette with chicken, swiss cheese, onion and sweetcorn and stuffing.
Baguette (cuisine de crap I take it) is not good, neither is the stuffing. Whole grain (complex carbs!) bread with chicken, onion, sweetcorn, add something watery to help it down like tomatoe and cucumber

Mid afternoon snack - Nothing really
You should have the same as your mid morning snack

Gym - 3 hours or so - protein shake after that.
I think the best way to do this is half portions of protein in a shake a half hour before, half hour after and an hour after that. More is absorbed.

Dinner - Chicken korma and basmati rice(well that is what i had tonight).
Fairly good as long as its wholegrain rice.

Snack at night - two slices of batch toast with cheese and organic tea then a protein shake before bed - Bad, your giving your body carbs & fats when its about to shutdown for the night! Try a protein shake

This is all in my opinion of course, some may think differently.
