Just heard they're having one on Thursday (the 6th) this week. I'm guessing it'll be like a Rag Trip. Can't wait!! Anyone hear any details?

    ** FRESHERS TRIP **

This week, Freshers Festivities will continue with DCU's first ever
Freshers Trip. This is taking place on Thursday the 6th of October. Kick
off is at 2pm in the Old Bar where there will be music, games and
prizes. Buses depart from DCU at 4pm when you will be taken to a mystery
venue. Yes it's all very cheesey! There will be a few stops along the
way before we meet up with another college and compete against them in a
range of drinking and non-drinking challenges. May the best college win!
This will be followed by live music acts until 11.30pm when you will be
driven to an undisclosed nightclub. The club is open late so prepare
yourself for what is promised to be a fantastic night. Buses will bring
everyone back safe and sound to DCU in the early hours of Friday morning.

Tickets are €15 and go on sale from the Students' Union reception at
12pm on Wednesday the 5th of October. There are only 200 places
available and this is a guaranteed sell out trip so make sure you get
your tickets as soon as you can. Please remember to bring ID with you,
as you must be over 18 to go on the trip.

doesnt look like it's restricted to freshers only

Only thing is, the fire safety briefing on campus res for Hampstead is on Thursday at 6. Looks like bad scheduling

Wow being a fresher really is a non event if you're under 18. Everything so far has been in the bar.
