In school or if you took it outside or even if you're still taking it, what did you average. I got about a 10.

there are loads of different ones depending on what sport you play. on the hardest one i hit 14.3.
its a nothing test though. not an indicator of vo2 max or applicable to anything really.
150's are much better sports wise as a test

My highest was 14...beep tests are exhausting though they are only a representation of your fitness that week ect, not your fitness in general because i used to vary from 10 to 14

You sure? I thought it only went to 19? I got 15 when I was 11 years old and ridiculously conditioned for my age from tennis. I'd repeat that up until I was 15/16 years old with rugby as my main sport. When I started lifting I threw on too much size too quickly to be ultra fit though....

Reason I think the bleep test is inadequate is because it depends who you run with too. I'd always push myself with those other couple of guys and felt I HAD to win...without that spur I'd have dropped earlier I reckon and maybe gone more if they'd stuck in there...

According to this version the max is 23. I guess there are different versions around.

" The bleep test, beep test, shuttle run or multi-stage fitness test, is a standard test to determine fitness by estimating maximum oxygen uptake (VO2 Max). In short, it consists of running between two points 20m apart in a set time. Every 60 seconds the time gets shorter. There are 23 levels, and the last level you complete is your score."

Personally, I thought it was open ended. I'd imagine if Hicham El Guerrouj were to do it he'd easily make it to level 23.
