Mikado is broken... again!!!

what the hell is going on? i can only stare at those puppies for so long before i start imagining the best way to skin them alive. what am i supposed to do with my time... i ended up waiting around for 4 hours today with nothing to do. i need it back!!!

The harddisk has died on our previous install (it being killed by queevs' posts to drivel is a lie).
H365 have given us a new disk in a new machine. That's the good news.
The bad news is that it's going to take us a day or two to get everything back up and running.
We do have back ups (the last one from Sunday morning) so there'll be little lost.

There was an issue last night with PHP trying to send thread reply notifications, and failing, thus, it was posting your message, but you'd get an error message about not being able to send mails.

Voyager was online when it happened, so he put a temporary fix in place, and said a more permanent solution would be put in place today. I'd imagine that's whats going on now.

Yeah, the DNS is down.

Hosting365 updated the DNS (which assigns www.xxx.xx to an IP address) and forgot mikado apparently...

Nah, just a DNS problem with the host. Though the IP addy is pingable but apache doesnt reply...oh well, they'll fix it sometime :P

I've got a question...what's the point of them sitting next to each other in Callan Foyer and typing to eachother on Mikado when they could just talk to eachother like normal people do.
