Well, I'm the manager of a Home fitness Equipment Company called Star Fitness, if that's any good to you. You can see us on www.starfitness.ie What are you looking for in particular?

Hi, I am looking to get an exercise bike as a present for my sis, and don't know what to go for! I don't think she does either - she has mentioned lots of times having one at home, to do half an hour in the morning, so we decided to club together for her bday. Anyhoo, I had a look at the site vjhomefitness, mentioned elsewhere on this thread, and there's lots of options -

    Discovery 709 = 649 on vjhomefitness.com

    Discovery HM-6016 Magnetic (elliptical) = 289

    Discovery HM-6015 Mag Cycle = 259

    Discovery Bike 7 Programmable =349

    Grand Stone D-10 Ergo Bike & Top-Sport XL-1 Spinner = 399

From what I have read, ellipticals seem to be the way to go? I have searched for that brand Discovery to get some reviews, and can't seem to find anything on them. The big thing on lots of review sites though seems to be not to skimp too much on the price. So would the Discovery 709 be worth it (I know this is such a lame question!) I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts or can help at all with suggestions? Don't want to go nuts pricewise, but don't want something the sis will be bored with after 2 weeks!

    Any ideas appreciated!
