Increasing you fat-metabolism via ....?

    Does anybody know whether it is possible to increase your body’s
    metabolism via the intake of certain foods?


    I researched various books about diet/nutrition & sport/exercise
    magazines and nearly all state that it is no scientifically evidence,
    that any kind of food increases you metabolism.

    The only way to increase your metabolism is exercise.

    One book mentioned chromium picolate and ephedra but states
    at the same time, that “neither of these claims (to increase the
    fat-burning metabolism) has withstood scientific studies comparing
    these substances with a placebo.

    Does anybody have any other resources, information on this?

    know about the 5...6 meal solution, which makes sense and balances
    your blood sugar as well – side effect you won’t get to moody :)

    to increse metabolism eat at least 6 times a day small portions and low gi foods. in the morning drink water with lemon juice in it and lots of green tea throughout the day.

    water with lemon juice ??!!? Where did you read, hear this? Just wondering?
    The green tea suggestion pops up surprisingly often.
