    hey i was just wondering if anyone knew anything about pilates in dublin,like where are there courses and info on courses, thanks

    where do you want to do the classes? In case it is the southside or city centre have a look at www.fitnecise.com otherwise you
    could ring the National Training Centre (NTC)/ Pilates Institute who run courses for Pilates instructors.

    They should have a list of instructors and who teaches where.

    em i no a guy who gives lessons...he was an ex caoch in rugby in my school...hes quite good! i could get a number if you want...but i dont know if hes expensive or anything! as i dont know what is an average rate for lessons!

    forgot the website of the national training centre is www.ntc.ie, that's where I the croud I did my courses with. The should be able to give you contact details from various intructors.
