Cuts Fitness For Men

    Hi all,
    A new branch of 'Cuts Fitness for Men' is opening locally soon.
    After a summer free of exercise and weight gained :mad: , I'm thinking this might be the motivation I need to get back in regular exercise.

    Any info / comments on 'Cuts' would be be welcomed.

    Think Curves but with guys.

    Its kight enough exercise where you spend 30 seconds on a fixed resistance weights machine and then 30 seconds jogging or something to that effect. As far as I gather you can't adjust the resistance on the machines so the only thing you can do is increase the number of reps in the 30 seconds.
