I just came up with this rough diet.

    I'm 6' 3 and weigh 90 kilos about 10-12percent bodybfat.

8 am : 4 Poached eggs, 4 slices of toast (brown bread), banana
and a glass of orange juice.

11 am:2 peanut butter + jelly sandwiches and a pint of milk.

2 pm:2 chicken fillets, whole grain rice or whole grain pasta and an apple.

5 pm:Tin of tuna with 2 slices of brown bread.

    8 pm:2 baked potatoes, 2 chicken fillets, a yogurt and a banana

10.30 pm: 2 slices of peanut butter on toast(brown bread) with a pint of milk.

Post workout: 2 peanut butter sandwiches and a banana

I started a cycle of creatine last week and once I have money will buy ON 100% Whey Protein.

The protein will be takin with breakfast in water. Post workout with water and before bed with milk.

Any comments on this diet would be great.
    Thanks

anyone who wants to know anything about diet has to read the articles on www.johnberardi.com
especially massive eating part 1 and 2.

diet looks good but you need to work out calorie count etc before you'll know if you're gonna gain or not. i mean its all clean but if its less than your needs you'll lose weight.
