At any given moment in time there is a song stuck in my head, even if someone says something to me and its a lyric it I will often start to sing it.

One friend I have you just have to sing one line of a song to him and hours later he will still be singing it much to the amusment of the rest of us. It drives him mental.

Anyway right now its the theme to That 70's Show. I dont know why, I havent seen it in ages. What about you, right now?????

"The Auld Triangle" popped into my head about 5 weeks ago. It has spread from the song and lyrics through to "are ya going for a cup of the auld tea?", "how is the auld work going?", etc etc... and is driving us mental.

The strange thing about it is that usually a song wears off ... but this Auld Triangle is turning into a right sticker

Pearl Jam - Rearview Mirror is stuck in my head.
I caught myself singing part of it out lond on the bus today... twas funny.

    i took a drive today
    time to emancipate
i guess it was the beatings made me wise
but i'm not about to give thanks, or apologize
i couldn't breathe, holdin' me down
hand on my face, pushed to the ground
    enmity gauged, united by fear
forced to endure what i could not forgive...
    i seem to look away
    wounds in the mirror waved
it wasn't my surface most defiled
head at your feet, fool to your crown
fist on my plate, swallowed it down
    enmity gauged, united by fear
tried to endure what i could not forgive
    saw things
    saw things
    saw things
    saw things
    clearer
    clearer
    once you, were in my...
    rearview mirror...
i gather speed from you f**king with me
once and for all i'm far away
i hardly believe, finally the shades...are raised...
    saw things so much clearer
    once you, once you...
    rearviewmirror...
    saw things so much clearer
    once you, once you...
    rearviewmirror...

the second half of that sing is so infectious!
    thats what i was shouting.

Please Release Me by Engelbert Humperdinck.I'm doing DJ at my cousins wedding on Saturday.Thinking of having this classic as the Wedding Dance. There wont be a dry eye in the house

Please release me, let me go,
For I don't love you anymore.
To live a lie would be a sin.
Release me and let me love again.

I have found a new love, dear.
And I will always want her near.
Her lips are warm where yours are cold.
Release me, darling, let me go.

It's a great song, that Eddie Vedder, his gestures remind me of a musician I happen to know.

OMG! Johnny! Do you work in my office? That bloody jingle has plagued me all day. Even when I was changing at the gym I was humming it to myself, or so I thought, till the woman beside me said.. 'That will be in my head all night now!'
