Eating healthy in town

I want to lose some fat but am not hardcore into the weights **** and not looking to become buff.

Unfortunately, a lot of my time is spent in town due to college and I can't find anything to eat from shops that isn't ****.

Does anyone know how healthy Subway sandwiches are? Their baps are small and I usually get tuna lettuce and onions, can that be so bad?

Any other suggestions for those who don't have the opportunity to prepare their food themselves?

tuna lettuce and onions are fine but take it easy on the butter/mayo etc. Best if you don't use it at all.

Go for wholegrain baps/rolls if they're available.
The epicurean food hall has some decent food. You can get a massive meat salad for 6 euro I tink, delicious and all the sauce is served on the side of the plate so you can avoid eating it.
