Lew Ive made a flash movie intro for a webbeh, but the damn thing is 24megs. Im a flash kanoob - is there any utility that will allow me to compress it to a smaller size?

ouch! 24MB...for an intro?
Utility? Yes: Falsh Optimizer (Lite) [PM me if you have trouble getting something as a last resort- I can legally provide you with a copy and license ]

(Also: check the Publishing settings within Macromedia Flash (if that's what you used)! And try to importing BMP-based stuff when you can )
