Pure isolate whey protein

    Hey,
    I have managed to get a huge bag of this (like a big bag of spuds) but I have no idea how to mix it now. Im used to the mint chocolate which is so nice I find myself craving it. Has anyone ever had pure whey isolate protein before? I had a finger taste this morning and there is pretty much no taste.

    If you have any recepies please let me know!

    Where'd you get it from - trueprotein.com or some other customizer?

    They normally sell flavour packs like choc mint etc and you just mix a 1/2 teaspoon with a shake. If you want you could order one from www.trueprotein.com - they have loads of flavours.

    Otherwise, just mix it with a drink you want it to assume the flavour of - eg post workout take it with grape juice ideally and it'll just taste like grape juice...

    I got it from a friend, Im going to use it for baking etc, making brownies for snack time and the like. Still ordering the choc mint off you though, in fact I got some last night. Im adicted to the stuff, its like eddie rockets milkshake.
