    I was reading this post:

    So I decided to post a request for the kind of tools mentioned in that post, I wasn't really paying attention to the legal issues but in hindsight I suppose it was kinda stupid of me. Anyway I was only looking for a simple program to tell you when you have entered a hotspot where you can surf the net.If its illegal then foget I just want to know how people know when they have entered these hotspots..
