    Right, Ill be blunt on this, Im hopelessly out of shape, and really need to lose the beer gut. I generally just play ball for an hour once a week, but while better than nada, does screw all for my weight.

    Now Im not fat, but reckon that if i dont do something soon, Ill head down that road.

    Someone told me that ab roller is a good idea to work off that beer belly. Is this a good idea? And is it something you ease yourself into, rather than trying to do 100 on your first go? I have used one before, on my last fitness purge, and found it decent.

    What would someone who is in decent condition, from bad/poor condition recommend? I plan on visiting the gym at least once a week (I say this every year, but this time I mean it), and have been swimming regularly for the last 3-4 months.

    Any commenst/pointers/tips appreciated.
