I've recently taking up running and try to get out at least 4 times during the week - I do around half a hour which is roughly half running and half walking fast,and I try to up the running portion by at least a small bit every time.

Needless to say as I am relatively unfit I get very hot while I'm out especially on my face and I find now am getting a heat rash from it on my forehead and on my chin/mouth area.

Has anyone else experienced this and have any suggestions as to how this can be prevented or cured?
