Simple one for you, what star sign are you? I'm a Pisces male. Here's the low-down of what each sign is supposed to be like. Mine was actually pretty accurate.

I'm either aries or taurus... I'm not sure which as my origins are shrouded in mystery.

Neither of those descriptions are very much like me though.

Yeah, it's kind of a ropey one. I'd generally agree with it being hocus pocus but then it did describe me pretty well so I'm going to sit on the fence on that one. Maybe it all has something to do with gravitational influences at the time of birth (or conception) but I'm not so sure tbh.

It's generally just vague descriptions that would fit almost anyone...

This one tries to be that bit more detailed and as such gets it wrong when it comes to oddballs like me.

Im Cancer, and its kinda true but as monkeyfudge said (lol, thats just too funny

) They are just vague descriptions that will nearly suit anyone, like 'Their hands will either be bigger than usual or smaller than normal'. What the hell is normal? i have big hands, but their not too big, and im sure their are people with bigger hands than me!

I can't really get it into my head how accurate that is, it's unbelieveable

A good read no doubt, but as i was born on the last day of capricorn i also share some traits with Aquarius Males too although the link seems to be broken.

Starsigns and astrology in my opinion are a load of *****.

first of all, the heavenly bodies relative to us on earth are supposed to affect us insignificant (in terms of the universe) beings is a bit far fetched.

The thought that every human being on earth (that's over 6 billion) can be divided up into 12 different star signs which "predict" their future is ridiculous.

The star-signs one reads aren't in the slightest bit accurate. for example: "You will be surprised what a great week you have once you relax" (Capricorn: TvNow Issue 275 Sep 3rd - 9th). that could apply to absoultely anyone, who either need to relax (which is a lot of people) or who are already relaxing (the rest of 'em).

And finally, what about twins? I know a pair of twins and they are completely different, however according to the star-sign in the paper (or indeed anywhere else) they should have the same drives, feelings ,luckey colours, numbers, days, etc.

i think it's all a waste of time.

I would be inclined to agree Taylor, but no one is suggesting that any of this has to be taken seriously. It's a bit of fun imo. Some people believe in it, others don't. It's all a matter of taste. Btw, your reaction is (if the Capricorn profile is to be believed for just a second) typical of you, a Capricorn.

Theres A LOT more to the SCIENCE of astrology than "star-signs". :rolleyes:
"star signs" isn't even the correct name. Its sun signs.
