my washing mistake with horrendous consequences

I put my favourite armani xchange jumper into a hand wash , stretched it so it wouldnt shrink and to get the water out and put it out on the line.

The arms at my wrists are now big enough to hold my shopping.I could stuff a cat in them.

Is there a good way to fix this? It's a very very light woolen jumper than goes with anything and can be worn over a t- shirt.

It's impossible to wear now though

Ummm go back in time, read the washing label that probably says don't hand wash, follow what it says. In the event that you don't have a time machine, maybe try a seamtress/tailor of some description?

In that case, make a complaint to wherever you got it. Your statutory rights would cover it, provided it's not more than a year or two old. I don't know of any "quick fixes", but I'm not exactly an expert or anything. Try Google maybe. But I'd go with the complaint if you have any justification
