No its still junk food and not a quality source of protein. Choose fish, chicken, turkey or home made burgers

You my friend are a top class, chancing-yer-ould-arm optimist the likes of which I have never before even heard of....!!!!

    - Yes burgers and sausages and rashers are low-fat when whisked off a George Foreman grill and masturbation is an excellent cardio-vascular exercise ;)

Lots of fat remains in food from a foreman grill. Most sausages are about 30% fat, if you cook a half pound you will not get a tray of 70g fat.

Do not boil the chicken, horrible. I dice and fry chicken in a tiny bit of veg oil on a non stick pan. Or grill it with the spices already on. Try boiled brown rice. Or mashed potato. I mix in low fat mayo in potato or mustard, rather than butter.

Spag bol is not the best thing to be eating, you can make it heatlhier using very lean mince, and dapping up the grease before adding the sauce, and using wholemeal pasta.

Chicken breast, turkey and ham are all low in fat. I make sandwiches using iceberg lettuce instead of bread.

U do realise your only meant to eat one dinner per day!

I you eat a gravy dinner during the day. you not gonna lose weight eating a chicken and rice feed at night.
