Just A Suggestion

I have noticed that this forum has alot of beginner questions - how many calories to eat, how often to train during the week etc. However I have also noticed alot of beginner answers aswell. I suppose that is the danger of using forums for advice. Some of this advice given is just really illogical and just plain wrong. So I suggest if someone asks a question about training, nutrition etc., by all means add you input if you know what you are talking about but if you don't then don't post because some of the advice given can e detrimental to training. If I was a beginner I would pay attention to joc 06 and easygainer's opinion as these guys have often given good advice. Also I recommend The bodybuilding.com forum as whenever some gives some B.S advice the other members come down on the B.S poster like a ton of bricks.
