On July the 18th I placed an order with Pheonix Atheletic for Pro Peptide. It is now the 31st of August and I have not received my order. On their website, they state that an order should be processed within 24 hours and received by it's purchaser in 2-5 days. About a week after I ordered the product, I e-mailed the sales team to find out what was happening with my order as I needed it ASAP as I was going abroad to England training for 3 weeks a few days later.

The sales team responded and stated the product was out of stock but that they would have it in monday. I estimated that the product wouldn't be in my house in time for before I left for England but I said to myself, no biggie.. these things happen and at least I would have it when I got back from England 3 weeks later.

I arrive back from England 3 weeks later to find out that I had still not received my order. I left it lie for a few days as I was busy unpacking and with training and what not. A couple of days later I e-mailed their sales team to find out what was going on with my order. I received no reply. I e-mailed them again about a week and a half ago to find out what was going on with my order. I still did not receive a reply. Noting that this was the e-mail address that they contacted me on the first time.

So far I've e-mailed them about 5 times over the last 2 weeks and I have not received one reply as of yet. My credit card was charged and normally I'd let something like this go as it wouldn't be worth the hassle, but the product cost me nearly 90 euro and if I pay for something, I expect to receive it.

I have e-mailed them one last time threatening legal action if they don't reply to me and let me know exactly what is going on with my order. I'm unsure if they will reply. I have their address which is in Kildare so I'm pretty confident I can settle this legally should I need to go that far. I find it completely unacceptable that someone could treat a customer this poorly. I just hope I save some of you from making the same mistake I did.

    Regards,
    John.

Sounds terrible, perhaps they went away on holiday for Aug, although you'd think they would set up a auto-responder if they did!

If you look up a WHOIS with their registrar using their website name you get the info the registrant entered which may be of some help (address matches Kildare anyway).

Although calling the CC company to organise a charge back for the money might be best if you aren't getting any responses?

Is that the Dorian Yate's Approved one? I could order it in for you, or if you don't want to wait you could go to my supplier - bit more expensive but they'd ship right away...

    www.bodytemple.co.uk

I've never had any problems bringing in orders from there - takes 3 days for a pallet to reach me so should be no more for a parcel...

    John,

Just forget about trying to deal with them and get on to your credit card company to get a charge back done on your account.

Yeah it's the dorian yates one. I bought it on recommendation from my friend in England. As soon as I get this charged back I'll check out that site you mentioned. Thanks very much!

Thanks. I'll do that.. I've never been in a situation like this before. I just don't want it to happen to some other person. It's really bad service. I figure if I threaten them, they will take complaints about bad service seriously.
