casilan 90. How do you take yours?

Me again!

Ok I just bought casilan 90 the other day on the recommendation of someone as a good source of caein. I try to take this b4 I go to bed as its slow release protein.
Its disgusting!!! with water, with milk!!

So how do you digest urs?

i took that for a while it tastes like poo! i found it best if i got the nesquick or some similar milkshake powderand put a few spoonfulls of that in(in ratio of 2 spoons of casein to 1 spoon of milkshake) and mix in a blender! also the more milk you put in the less strong the taste is! its yuk with water! but after about 3 months of taking it i got so used to it that i could take it with water but that took 3 months of taking it to get used to it!

Looks like its down to Tesco for some nesquick then!! I tried to drink it with water last night. My god it was sh*t!!

Use Cadbury's hot chocolate powder it could make battery acid tase nice!

it auctually dosent work any better and its more expensive! and it has a higher fat and sugar count so its much worse for you!

Alright mate, I have just opened a shop in camden st beside flannerys called the supplement store, I sell a very very nice tasting casein protein powder called muscle milk. It is designed as a before bed protein and I guarantee you wont complain about the flavour of this. Search google and you will see the reviews its taste gets! thats kinda expensive! thats half the point of casein 90 its cheap and good! u can get 5lbs of whey off easygainer for that price(i reccomend him he is very low priced for very good products he only sells good stuff) and it tastes extremly good!

Hi I take mine with miwadi blackcurant and banana and put in blender tastes ok still bit unsure if it works!!

Mixing it with a tub of whey is one way i heard to kill the bad taste. Also heard take it with milk before bedtime for best results

Nothing wrong with Casilan 90 but for the money and what it is - you can do better.

A nice whey shake will be far more pleasant.

I think at one time or another every bloke buys a casilan 90 - taken in as he is by the muscular chap on the box!

Not sure how many actually finish the box mind!

If it was not too pricey then if it were me I'd bin the box - genuinely.

If it tastes that bad it will be hard to make it taste pleasant!
