    :) well lads,

has anyone taken wither of these supplements?

i started taking them last week. at the start i saw no change. however i am beginning to see and feel a change lately. i feel the nitrix has increased the pump. however, the NOXPLODE promises an increase in energy just like creatine (in fact it says on the label it has creatine, alhough i have not been able to find how much creatine is in each serving), despite this i feel very lethargic even after 10days supplementing. i was however lethargice b4 i started taking it too so i guess its hard to judge. anyways, if anyone else has taken Nitrix or anyother NO2 product sure let us know what you think so far!!??

A lot of hype surrounding these products, hype which they can never live upto. The basics are all you need - protein, carbs and a few vits.

Well, you do get a pump from them, but a pump is not an indication of growth or anything in particular. It is merely lactic acid build up and then releasing after exercising, and the pump from these is as a result of increased blood flow etc. Perhaps if you did blood volume training, it would have a good effect?
