    Hi Guys

Has anyone heard about this crowd

    http://www.peakcentreireland.com

Would their weight loss program also be good for improving general fitness or would you be working at too low an intensity to improve fitness

Have read what is on their site and not sure what to make of it

I am currently a member of a gym and have improved my diet and would like to get fit as well as losing weight, I was wondering if this program would give quicker results

The fitness aspect of going to the gym is as important to me as losing weight

From my professional opinion its the best there is in ireland or anywhere for that matter.

If you do not know what Heart rate ranges to work within then i simply think its pure guesswork. I have had myself and lots ofmy clients tested in there regularly and have noticed massive improvements in their body fat and fitness levels.

Mention dominic (Me) and they will sort you out with a discount (my company works in conjunction with them) - ask for richard.

Prepare to train properly once you have obtained your results -i also posted a note on this a few months back also

    Thanks for that

Managed to dig up that thread you mentioned

    Looks interesting

Am off on Holidays for a couple of weeks at the end of next week and will probably try and start a program when I get back

Might even post up in this thread to let people know my experiences of it

Oh god no hate to be a stickler - "will probably try and start..."

if you were a client of mine i would be a little anoyed with that response. I would encourage you to say yes i will or no i wont thanks very much as probably and try have no place in any goal that is serious.

No offence intended at all just watch your language because if your goals are full of probably, shoulds and try's you will get splinters sitting on that fence.

    All the best
