What region would you be talking about? The to big bbing gyms in town are Flex and Unique Physique, I think, Total Fitness Blanchardstown has some big guys too. I'm out in Total Fitness Sandyford - it's good (and so am I, j/k lol )

I've been training 4/5 years. Hercules is more of a powrlifter's gym by the way

Im gonna eat 5 big macs and some mars bars and chokkie chip kookies!!! and for me din dinds Ill have some sherbit dip and chiken nuggets cos of the protein and 1 mega weight gainer shake, and a pack a taytos, and then Im gonna turn all the fat into muscle cos I heard you can do that on RIchard and jUDY. And be muscliest boy in Ireland and all the chicks will dig me vibe, and will be buzzing me with deadly deltoids.
