My personal fave is just cutting all ties with the person and don't associate yourself with him/her ever again. There's enough people in the world that you don't have to associate with someone you hate

Make somebody out to be a skitsophrenic. Say something really bad to them when they can only hear and when there's other people around. Then keep a calm face and act like you did nothing. When they go psycho, act like u don't know whats going on.

Either that or use deliberate misinterpritation. i.e) say "Person X is a fuqkin eejit", making sure to pretend that you think they cant hear you. Then when they confront you thinking they're clever, tell them that you were talking about somebody else with the same first name. Then give them a look as if you are freaked out by them.
