    Jus looking for some advice on some basic home equipment- a decent bench (is it worth going 4 one with flys) and some free weights manly 4 upper body- never had anything at home b4 so all suggestions are welcome :D

    How much are you willing to spend and what sort of level are you at (have you weight trained before) A cheap bench and a set of weights to keep a beginner going for a while will set you back around 150-200 quid.

    I wouldn't bother with the flys.

    If you want to get more serious and push yourself hard with the benching you're going to need a better bench plus a spotter and/or power cage for safety.
