I find clit rings gaudy and frankly they look pretty awful. Also, as with any piercing, when you remove it you can expect some marks down there and perhaps a loss of sensitivity around the skin the bar/ring is inserted.

yeah, would tend to agree. i reckon they're pointless. further as i have a gap between my two front teeth, i won;t be going downtown on any girl with one... think about it...

Afaik none of the piercers round dublin will do actual clit piercings (too many things can go wrong with them) so i assuming that its a hood piercing.

yeah, most say it's a clit piercing, when it is more then likely a hood piercing...that's what i've got anyhoo......and it's far from pointless.....

but yeah...if your asking on a tattoo/piercing board teh majority will probably say they like it....I know for a fact, if I told most people where i live about it they wouldn't like it....not necessarily be turned off by it, but i think they'd find it intimidating.....that's because where i live...not a lot of people have piercings so i think it would scare them...it's a small town....
but i love it...!!all that matters

Just came across this (sorry) via New Posts, I guess I qualify as Joe Public: I've never actually seen one in person, but from what I have seen of them (duh), I don't like them, find them a bit of a turn off. But then I hate nipple rings too, and tongue studs just gross me out. Matter of fact, if it's not in the ear or the nose, I think it's pretty stupid. Just my opinion, don't get your pants in a twist.

cos my Ex was really kinda intimidated by mine, but he'd never admit it, cos he knew I'd slap him...he never saw the point in any of my piercings....but apparently there's a point in him having a nipple and a lip piercing...the point being to be cool!!!

Absolutely yes - and the word is *enhance* - it just makes what you already feel, feel better (at least in my case)

Okay, thats the other side of the coin....maybe not experience but certainly experimentation. Fairs dues being willing to do that though (I'm assuming you're fairly young?). Experimentation and all things different (as you well know) also frightens many people...

Thats not small at all, filled with langers yes, but not small. Scaring old people is always fun. I had to take most my piercings out for work but it was more a case that they'd be ripped out if i didn't. but i've still got the fun ones
