Connect to the net using fedora core 2

    Im trying to connect to the internet on linux.
    I have Fedora Core 2 installed on dual boot and Im getting esat bt broadband in the next week could you give me pointers on exactly how to connect to the internet,all the isp software cds ive seen are only for windows computers
    Also is it possible to connect by dial up connection on linux until next week when I get BB.

    As I said in your other thread .... :)

    It's likely that you'll be using the Ethernet port for connecting to teh router that they'll provide you with. If so, then it's a doddle to setup. If not, then you're in for a rough ride ...

    So first off, do you have a home network setup, and if not, do you have a network card installed in your pc? :)
