Recently started TaeKwon-Do and am trying to change my eating habits a bit to provide a higher energy output and to eventually increase muscle mass.

Any suggestions as to what foods i could be eating ? i already eat pasta 2 times a week, routine irish food like spuds 2 times a week and a " chip day " in there somewhere. I drink over 2L water a day with some tea as it is.

I have heard foods like red meats fish and pastas are pretty good along with a vitamin supplemt but as i totally hate fish, that leaves out a good source.

    Any advice is welcomed :)

get yer protein in there. eggs etc...
also i found to be class is Marvel.

Its dried skimmed milk available from any supermarket.

Its okay to drink, but if you dont like the taste mix it wit coco powder and its nice. Its supposed to be very good for energy and muscle before and after training.
