Liquid Creatine

As some of you know, I sell supplements. One of my mantras is to only sell what I would take myself (with the exception of weight gainer, which I don't need!). Anyway, having refused to get liquid creatine, I was proven right in my doubts by a recent New Zealand case.

Studies have always shown creatine to be unstable in liquid, which is why it can't be mixed until you're ready to take it. For this reason I never bought it. Muscle Marketing USA was recently fined $70000 in NZ for false advertising. They claimed 3g per serving of liquid creatine, yet tests showed there to be just 1/200th of this in the servings.

It's good to see that some people will challenge the dodgier end of the supplement industry, and I would like to use this as a heads up for anyone with any doubts about liquid creatine.

(PM me if you are wondering about the efficacy of any other supplements and I will let you know what I have heard or read!)
