This is just my personal opinion, I know however that a lot of BB share the same view:

NEVER do cardio and weightlifiting at the same day.

If you need to do it because you want to dro your bodyfat % than do it as myself:

    Morning:
    Cardio

    Afternoon:
    Weighlifting

The ideal would be to split both as in

    Excample:

    Monday:
    Chest and Biceps

    Thuesday:
    Cardio

    Wendnesday:
    Leg and Abbs

    Tursday:
    Cardio

    Friday:
    Back and Shoulders

    Saturday:
    Off Day

    Sunday:
    Off day

cardio is always about losing weight. it creates a balance between having extrea muslce from lifting and making your heart stronger and more efficient at pumping blood to those muscles.

if your a big guy then i would suggest a 2:1 ratio...EG 1 hour of weights and 25-30 minutes of cardio (per workout)...cardio to me is boring. but if you dont balance it (when weightlifting also) then you are doing damage to yourself.
