Leg Pains?

    Thought it might be best to post this here :

    In the last few days, I've been getting slighting annoying pains in my legs. Well, not so much 'pain', but annoying nonetheless. At times the leg can seemingly itch, but I haven't got a clue what's going on.


    Help much appreciated

    Its not shin splints is it? I got them for the first time in my life last summer not long after starting in a job that involved walking a lot.

    Was completely stumped by what it was (never heard a leg actually creak before :( ) but a quick google on shin splints revealed the symptoms to be bang on.

    To be honest though I suspect the usual 'if symptoms persist consult a doctor' would be the best advice.

    I think my problem could be related to the veins in the leg? Not sure about it though.



    What did you do to counteract shin splits?
