    hi!
    i wanna build up the muscle on back of my arm just above my elbow (i dont even know the name of the muscle). i triceps are fine but no matter what i do, theres no effect to where i wanna build up. what exercise can i do the help? i cant find anything!

    that sounds like your talking about the tendon of your tricep muscle...that just grows in proportion to the tricep muscle belly I'm afraid...

    really!? cos iv seen improvments in my tricep but not the tendon, ah well. i'll keep trying. thanks.

    This reminds me of people who want to build up the "gap" between the bicep and the inside of the elbow when flexing the bicep. It can't be done - but try rotating your wrist while flexing the bicep and you'll see the effect.

    It's also genetic how low the triceps inserts. I'm lucky (bodybuilding wise) in that mine attaches right at the elbow and looks like a cable. I do a lot of extensions with bars and ropes (and impeccable form) and that works well for me, so doing that would develop what you have as best you can...
