hmm...cant remember exactly what age i was, i think around 19 but not too sure. It was a bit of a joke really, didnt care for the girl at all, just wanted to get it over with. I should have waited till I met a girl i had feelings for, but, if i did that, Id still be a virgin:cool:

This might be a bit politically incorrect, but if you're a lad of around 19 or 20 trying to lose it DO NOT tell the bird you're a virgin unless you're going out with her a while and she is too. I made the mistake of telling a girl that when I was on to a sure thing and it freaked her out a bit.

When the next opportunity arrived I made sure I had talked myself up enough that the poor girl thought I had the experience of Ron Jeremy The reality must have been somewhat different for her but I sure I couldn't have given less of a ****e after

Yup can still remember it fairly well. was 15 at the time and was with a girl i had been going out with for a few months. she´s still one of my best friends today but still have a wee cringe when i think about how it was:p

I was 20 and it was about 4 months before I was 21. (o what a sad life a had) I wanted to wait till I fell in love or at least really cared about the person but like many people have said just became impatient. Became close to a girl who was having problems with her BF (she was not a virgin) at the time and out of no where invited me to stay in her house. Ended up scoring with her and one thing led to another. It was ok but I've come to learn that condoms are evil and my current gf (and the 2nd person I’ve ever slept with) is on the pill

thanks, I had my first relationship and proper kiss and that at 11, then quite a lot of moments of kissing and that which was good, but waited for the right girl to have first sex with, wasn't my choice waiting but worked out well, not sure how

So, given the mixed results here, (28 people were under 14??????) what, based on these results, could be said to be the best age to start having sex?
I reckon a load of people will post immediately saying it depends on the time and the person and the situation they are in and all that, but as a blanket rule, without taking into account individual cases, what do we think?

Its just interesting because i think the age of consent is a major topic of governmental discussion.
