    Hi

I just noticed that when I'm on the Cross Trainer while my left foot points dead ahead my right foot points off to the right a bit (about 1 o'clock). If I try to straighten it up it feels very strange. Oh and if I ever get muscle strain on a leg its always the right leg. Could there be a connection? Is it normal for one leg to point a different diection? Am I a freak  ?

Are your legs the same length? Also, do you have any habits or sports that use only one side of the body (like tennis)?

My legs are slightly different lengths and I've a shallow hip so I'd to go to a doctor when younger, wear my shoes on the wrong feet and skip to correct the problem! I've also gotten tweaks in my back by using an alternate grip on deadlifts so I alternate which hand faces forward and which faces backwards now... just look for anything assymmetrical...
