Maybe should post in the Food forum but wqondered if any one had even a rough idea of the comparison between unislim pts and wgtwatchers ?

a lot of the food I buy has unislim pts given on it strangely but seems out of propotion of my understanding of wgtwatchers (my sister is a big advocate)

eg Knorr Quicksoup Golden Veg is a half unislim point, their frozen chicken breast is 1.5 ......

I'm afraid I can't answer your question but if you're trying to lose weight then you should pay attention to the calories and fat content more so than the points. I know the points are handy and all but they tend to be used on packaged processed foods.

The points and units are very differant- I've done both and much prefer ww.
