    Guys,
I'm in the process of losing weight(about 2 stone over) and adding a little definition .
These are the measurements I'm tracking. Are there others I should track and am I taking them at the right places

arms(taking midpoint across a relaxed bicep)
    legs(taking midpoint across the hamstring)
    neck
hips(I'm taking this roughly along the line of where I wear a belt)
    waist(across the bellybutton)
chest(basically a line across the nipples)

I've lost 4 lbs(85.1kgs to 83.2kgs) in the last week through eliminating a lot of snacks and doing a little more exercise.

    Many thanks.

Should the arm not be flexed when measureing? THe calve muscle is another one.
