As an ashtanga teacher i can recommend both. Yoga is all about liking the teacher and their style so try both. I teach privately to people who are have practiced for at least a year and i personally discover new things about my practice each time i take another teachers class.

I go regularly to 'yoga dublin', and do ashtanga there, personally I think its excellant
