I've noticed over the last few weeks that the same questions keep popping up over and over again (in separate threads).

I'm willing to compile a FAQ for the fitness forum, and I'm looking for suggested questions and structure.

Common questions and topics I've seen lately include:

    How do I lose weight?
    How do I gain weight?
    Do slendertone belts work?
    What motivates you?
Personal Trainers (how much, where, benefits)
HIIT Info (what is is, how it works, suggested programs)
    Starting Weight Training (suggestions, recommendations)
    Starting Cardio Training (suggestions, recommendations)
    Diet Info (Pros/Cons)
Supplement Info (how much to take, what to take)

I'll start it in the next couple of days. Should anything else be covered?

The range of stuff covered is usually Beginner and Advanced stuff
    Beginner
    - GYM Newbie(gym etiquette / prices / locations / what to expect)
    - Diet Information ( weekly plans / weight lose/gain / weight control / Foods)
    - Equipment Info (as well as running gear)

Thats the information i've found most helpful here

Perhaps a Biki Section for Fitness would be good?
Threads are good, but you have to go through a lot of superflous info. A Biki entry would have everything laid down in front of you.

Sounds great!! You have everything but i would put in a 'myths of training' section e.g. Will my muscle turn to fat when i stop training? How many crunches do i have to do to drop this beer belly? etc

Concerning supplements - information from the National Information for Health or Food Advisory Body on latest warnings. It is important to have info on the effectiveness as there is lax control over this area and some of the claims by the manufacturers are outlandish.

    Diet Pills and their problems
    Warning on Ephedra
Importance on Health Checkups prior to intiating significant diet/exercise changes

Also perhaps common injuries and how to avoid them (suppose part of correct technique).

Information on contacting GP for advice and also perhaps information on finding nearest physiotherapist?
