advice on power to weight ratio

    hi all this is my first post in this forum.
    I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on increasing power to weight ratio.
    At the moment i'm following a daily program of cardio, pilates and weights.
    I weigh 12st and am 6ft

    Train heavy and don't eat too much. That way you will gain power without gaining weight. Do plyometrics as well. They are great for explosive power
